The Tiger Announces His Return

Late this morning Tiger Woods issued the statement that he will  return to golf  on April 8th, to play in the Masters tournament , and all afternoon cable news, the golf channel, and the Internet Social Media sites have been buzzing about what this will mean to golf, to the world, to civilization -- yeah.

In the statement, the Tiger said, "The Masters is where I won my first major, and I view this tournament with great respect ... After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I’m ready to start my season at Augusta."

Tiger fans and other non-busy bodies, folks who don't get into other peoples personal business, or who don't  throw stones,  welcome his return, and many hope that he will win the Masters. On the lips of the rude wags are questions, that they want him to answer, and to explain  for the nth time his personal behavior. deeds, actions, the size of his johnson, whatever. In his statement, he did say, "I have undergone almost two months of in-patient therapy, and I am continuing my treatment."   The word from the Tiger Wood's camp is  that the Tiger will only be answering golf related questions in the future.

I'm glad to see that the Tiger is returning. Without him, golf is boring.
